Milk chocolate with caramel, enriched with spirulina algae powder
Chocolate – a small everyday treat for people today. Its history started in the 1700s, when the first bar of chocolate was made. It became revolutionary at the beginning of the 1900s. In South-America, it was consumed even earlier in a liquid form as medicine. It was used for alleviating fatigue and pain, as well as an aphrodisiac.
An ancient form of food living its reform era.
We created the Alga-Choc product family based on a unique recipe, which combine the exceptional food of two remote cultures (Asia and South-America).
The experience of cocoa beans is highlighted by adding Spirulina algae from the Far-East. Both boost brain functions and it is true that the carbohydrate content of chocolate increases blood sugar levels but the algae powder is able to counterbalance it with the help of its blood sugar decreasing properties.
This special algae is rich in valuable proteins, which contain all eight essential amino acids, our body cannot produce on its own.
It also contains a high amount of gamma-linolenic acid, which helps reduce cholesterol levels. It makes the taste of the chocolate unique and velvety.
